The only minor hiccup was that the appointment ran slightly longer than expected, which made me anxious as I had other plans. However, the quality of the service outweighed the waiting time. I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon. The staff were very professional and made me feel comfortable right from the start. I opted for a classic manicure and was amazed at how thorough they were in the process. The hand massage was a delightful touch! I also appreciated the attention to detail when it came to shaping my nails. They genuinely care about their clients' satisfaction. The only thing I'd suggest is to improve on the waiting area; while it was clean, I think a few magazines or drinks would elevate the experience even further. Overall, I left feeling pampered and thrilled with my beautiful nails!
